Andre Sansoucy's Article on Recent SJC Decision Published in Massachusetts Law Review

Andre Sansoucy recently wrote an article that was published in the Massachusetts Law Review.  See Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Clarifies the Law on Multiple Damages Under Chapter 93A for an Insurer’s Unfair Refusal To Settle Where Liability is Reasonably Clear, 95 Mass L.Rev. 182 (2013).  The article analyzes the Supreme Judicial Court’s recent decision in Rhodes  v. AIG Domestic  Claims, Inc. in whichthe SJC construed the multiple damage provisions of G.L. c. 93A.
