Lauren is a Junior Partner in the firm’s Boston office. Her practices focus on defending employment practices liability matters involving a variety of issues, including harassment, discrimination, and retaliation. She also handles professional liability, general liability, and insurance coverage matters. Lauren represents clients in both state and federal courts as well as before state and federal agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
At Boston College, Lauren majored in Biochemistry and minored in International Studies with a concentration in Ethics and International Social Justice. She then attended New England Law | Boston where she was awarded a full-tuition Dean’s Merit Scholarship. During law school, Lauren received the CALI Award in Law & Ethics of Lawyering, was the Executive Online Editor for the New England Journal on Criminal and Civil Confinement, and was the student representative for the Discipline Committee. Lauren was on the Dean’s List every semester and graduated cum laude. While attending law school, Lauren worked full-time for the firm as a paralegal. She became an associate at the firm upon graduation from law school.
Lauren is actively involved with the Jimmy Fund and enjoys traveling and skiing.
