Research and selection are performed by Law & Politics and is based on such criteria as verdicts and settlements, experience, transactions, representative clients, lectures and publications, pro bono work, and honors and awards. Only 5% of the state's total lawyer pool is selected for Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5% are named to the Rising Stars list.
