Congratulations to our colleague Brian Davis for recently securing a favorable jury verdict for M&P’s client in Plymouth District Court. The case involved breach of contract, quantum meruit, and G.L. c. 93A unfair business practices claims arising from a landscaping construction project. Brian successfully defended the claims against our client and secured a verdict that resulted in a net monetary award in our client's favor.
