Dan is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Boston office, where he defends employers in high-stakes employment litigation involving discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment claims. His practice also includes complex civil litigation across general liability, liquor liability, professional liability, and transportation matters.
Licensed in Massachusetts and New York, Dan represents clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Dan brings broad litigation experience from both boutique and large regional defense firms. He has represented private businesses and professionals—including attorneys, accountants, engineers, architects, investment professionals, and real estate professionals—in employment, securities, malpractice, and general tort litigation.
His courtroom experience spans the United States District Court and all levels of the Massachusetts trial courts. In New York, Dan litigated medical malpractice cases throughout multiple State Supreme Courts and successfully argued an appeal before the New York State Appellate Division, Second Department.
Dan holds a degree in Accounting from Providence College. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling with his wife and son.
