Nicholas M. Luise

Senior Associate

Bio

Nick is a Senior Associate in the firm's Boston office. His practice focuses on defending employment practices liability matters involving a variety of issues, including discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and harassment. He also represents clients in complex civil litigation matters, including general liability, liquor liability, and transportation law. Nick is admitted to the state and federal court of Massachusetts, and also has experience representing clients before state and federal agencies, including the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Nick worked as a paralegal full-time for Melick & Porter while attending New England Law. While attending law school, he was an Editor on the New England Law Review. In 2020, Nick published an article in the New England Law Review Forum regarding the impending sports gambling legislation in Massachusetts.

Nick graduated cum laude from Providence College in 2016, where he studied management. In college, he was a member of both the Men's Club Ice Hockey team and NCAA Men's Division I Ice Hockey team. While away from the office, Nick enjoys golfing, playing ice hockey, and spending time with his family on Cape Cod.
