Bio

Mark is an experienced trial attorney with a focus on employment law and professional liability. Mark also has extensive experience handling product liability, construction, premises liability, unfair business practices, and general litigation matters. He represents clients in both federal and state courts, as well as administrative agencies, arbitration panels, and mediations.

Before joining Melick & Porter, Mark was most recently an Assistant Vice President and Senior Trial Attorney for the Zurich Insurance Company for twelve years, where he handled employment law, professional liability, product liability, and various tort defense matters. Mark has lectured on insurance defense related issues for clients, claims professionals, and industry groups, including Zurich Insurance Company, Universal Underwriters Group, Modern Continental, and AGC of Massachusetts.

Mark is a graduate of the MetroWest Leadership Academy, an organization dedicated to increasing and strengthening a diverse pool of community and business leaders who embrace civic engagement and cross-sector collaboration. Mark is also a member of the University of Pennsylvania Secondary School Committee.
