Jared is a partner in the firm's Boston office. Jared’s practice focuses on the defense of complex general liability, product liability, premises liability, construction, and professional liability matters in both Massachusetts state and federal court. He serves as national counsel for a large manufacturer on a series of product liability claims across the country. Jared joined the firm as an attorney in 2009. Prior to becoming an attorney, Jared worked as a paralegal for Melick & Porter both before and while attending law school. 

Jared is involved in Discovering Justice: Stand Up for Your Rights, a program in which he teaches inner city middle school students about the Fourth Amendment and illegal searches and seizures. He also participates in the Middlesex District Attorney’s Domestic Violence Pro Bono Program, which is a partnership with the District Attorney’s Office to provide free legal assistance to domestic violence victims during the restraining order process. Jared has successfully secured a number of one-year extensions of restraining orders for victims of domestic violence. 

When away from the office, Jared enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf, basketball, and skiing.
