Greta is a graduate of Stanford University and Columbia Law School. She has maintained a successful legal practice in California since 1982. Greta has extensive employment law experience in both state and federal courts, and before administrative agencies.

A fierce advocate when necessary, Greta works with her clients to promptly resolve disputes. She regularly puts her negotiation skills to work in alternative dispute resolution proceedings. Her clients rely on her advice on a myriad of human resource issues. She performs confidential investigations on behalf of employers. Her expertise includes drafting employment agreements, employee handbooks, and other employment-related documents.

Greta is also experienced in the representation of banks and credit unions, title insurance companies, real estate owners, and escrow companies. Greta is a member of the Remedies Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and a former president of the Los Angeles Title Insurance Subsection of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Greta has served as vice president of the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency, and during her term was designated as the board's representative in handling employment matters. She has also served as the vice president of the North Valley Area Planning Commission in Los Angeles, California.

Greta is currently a member of the Los Angeles Women President's Organization.
