Christopher has extensive experience in litigation, trials and appeals of a broad spectrum of cases on behalf of businesses, insurance companies, and financial services companies in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Christopher serves as counsel for insurers and insured in connection with claims for coverage on general liability, property, labor and employment and professional liability. A significant portion of his practice involves employment law and includes providing major national corporations with oversight and defense of their employment litigation. Much of this litigation involves early and fast resolution of claims or lawsuits by mediation or arbitration. He also routinely defends companies on sexual harassment, wrongful termination, discrimination and retaliation claims. Additionally, Christopher has substantial experience representing financial services companies and banks in lender liability based claims. 

Christopher graduated from Bates College in 2001 where he double majored in Religion and Sociology and attended the University of New Hampshire School of Law and received his J.D. in 2006.    

In his free time, Christopher participates in Cycle for the Cause – The Northeast AIDS Ride where he fundraises for The Center in New York City and bikes 275 miles from Boston to New York to raise awareness for those living with HIV/AIDS.  Christopher is an avid foreign language learner (Spanish, Italian and Arabic) and is presently training for a Half Ironman and Full Ironman race.
