In October, our partner, Rick Shea, was a
guest lecturer at The Boston Bar Association presenting on "The Art and
Science of Ethical Considerations and Conflict of Interests From the
Perspective of Insurance Defense Counsel".
Rick Shea recently gave a presentation to one
of our national client companies in Connecticut, which was simultaneously
broadcast nationally as a web-based seminar. The subject matter of this
lecture was "Claims Handling and Litigation Under Massachusetts General
Laws c.93A and c.176D".
Our
partner, Mike Mazurczak,
was the guest lecturer at a recent claim and underwriting seminar for one
of our Massachusetts-based insurers, where he presented on "Innovative
Strategies for effective claims resolution" in Employment Litigation.

associate. He is a 2005 graduate of New England School of Law and worked
