Seema concentrates her practice in the defense of healthcare professionals and institutions in medical malpractice, professional liability, and employment-related cases.

Prior to joining Melick, Porter & Shea, LLP, Seema worked for several years at a small Boston law firm where she defended medical malpractice and personal liability cases, as well as matters before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination and other administrative agencies.  In addition, Seema is a former adjunct college professor at Northeastern University School of Law, New England School of Law and Suffolk University where she taught legal course to undergraduate, graduate and Ph.D. students.

Seema is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
