Robert’s practice involves insurance coverage, extra contractual/bad faith liability, and professional malpractice.  He also oversees the firm’s appellate practice.

Robert has authored articles on a variety of legal cases which have been published in Forum and the CSR Advisor. He speaks regularly on topics of interest before gatherings of insurance professionals.  He is involved with providing pro bono legal services to guests at St. Francis House, a Boston day shelter for the homeless.  He also serves as a Trustee and Secretary of the Cantata Singers, a musical ensemble which has been entertaining Boston audiences for over 35 years.  Robert's practice has earned him recognition by his peers as both a “ Massachusetts Super Lawyer”  and "New England Super Lawyer".

Robert has trial and appellate experience in both state and federal courts.   He is  admitted to practice in Massachusetts.
