Jessica concentrates her practice in the areas of employment defense litigation, premises liability, automobile liability, products liability, dram shop cases and other general complex liability matters.

Prior to joining Melick, Porter & Shea, LLP, Jessica practiced law for seven years in Orlando, Florida, with two prestigious regional defense litigation firms.  She has a broad range of experience in the areas of workers’ compensation, products liability, premises liability, professional liability, motor vehicle liability, coverage issues and appellate law.  She focuses her practice in employment law, having defended numerous federal and state law discrimination claims.  She also provides counseling and training to employers with respect to complaints of sexual harassment, as well as rights and obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA").

Jessica is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Florida.
